Welcome to Vend Hero! These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with us, so please give them a quick read. By contacting us, signing a vending contract, or using our services, you agree to these terms. Let’s keep things smooth and snack-filled!

1. About Us

Vend Hero is a trading name of Praxivon LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company number 16268443). We’re all about bringing you vending machines stocked with your favorite snacks and drinks, with a mission to give back to local communities. You can reach us at info@vendhero.co.uk .

2. Vending Contracts

For every vending machine we place at your location, a vending contract must be signed between Praxivon LTD (trading as Vend Hero) and you (the client). This contract outlines the specifics—placement, maintenance, and responsibilities—so we’re all on the same page. You’ll get a copy to review before we roll up with the snacks!

3. Free Vending Machine Eligibility

We offer vending machines without a rental fee at our discretion—pretty sweet, right? Eligibility depends on a few factors, like having a minimum of 40 staff on-site (think busy offices or hubs). Other considerations might apply, such as footfall or space suitability, and we’ll chat about that during our free site visit. If you don’t hit the mark, we’ll work with you to find a solution—or let you know if it’s not a fit.

4. Breach of Contract

Stick to the contract, and we’re golden! If there’s a breach (e.g., misuse of the machine or non-payment issues where applicable), we reserve the right to remove the vending machine. A removal fee may apply—details are in the contract, so give it a peek. We’d rather keep the snacks flowing, so let’s avoid that!

5. Our Service

Once your machine’s in place, we handle the heavy lifting—stocking, maintenance, and keeping it cashless-ready. You get to pick the snacks via QR codes or pre-install forms, and we’ll keep it stocked with what you love. No hassle, just tasty bites. Whilst we will always try our best to bring your favourite snacks to your machine sometimes this is not possible, please bear in mind that by requesting a snack or drink for your vending machine does not gaurantee it's placement / or time to be placed within the machine.

6. Community Commitment

We donate 10% of profits to a nominated local charity —your snacks make that happen! Charity selection and donation amounts are at our discretion, but we’ll keep you posted on the impact you’re helping us create. This is donated annually.

7. Liability

We’re not liable for issues beyond our control—like power outages or someone shaking the machine for extra crisps (we’ve all been tempted!). Our liability is limited to the service we provide, and we won’t cover indirect losses (e.g., if your snack break gets delayed). Machines stay our property unless otherwise agreed.

8. Changes to Terms

We might tweak these terms now and then—business evolves, right? Updates will be posted here, and the “Last Updated” date at the top will change. Check back if you’re curious, but we’ll give you a heads-up for anything big affecting your contract.

9. Governing Law

These terms fall under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes? We’ll try to sort them over a snack first, but if it comes to it, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
